Has lightly spiced cherry fruit flavours typical of this variety and hints of sweet cocoa with gentle tannins on the finish. Very easy drinking style of wine and perfect food wine.

Comments from Our Wine Buyer: This tasty Pinot from Denmark is light to medium bodied and very easy drinking. The winery sourced most of this Pinot Noir from vineyards in the Great Southern with a smaller percentage (12%) coming from Pemberton. Some of the parcels of grapes were from relatively young vines; they tend to have more delicate fruit characters so are well suited to this lighter, more approachable style of wine. The component from Frankland adds a complexing spicy richness. A great easy drinking Pinot at a sensational price. My Score – 93/100 WACC Gold Medal.
