The aromas and flavours are difficult to single out but include grapefruit, lemon curd, marzipan and lanolin with some herbaceous notes.
100% Whole Bunch fermentation and matured in old French oak casks. All the ferments eventually ended up in old French oak for at least a couple of months where they finished Malo-lactic fermentation, before most were recombined for the final blend. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Ready to drink now - Good for cellaring until 2022. Stelvin Cap Closure.
