Description

This Langhorne Creek Shiraz 2015 is full-bodied wine with intense fruit flavours of fresh blackberry and mulberry accompanied by rich black pepper and vanilla spice. Smooth tannins and balanced acid give this wine great structure across the palate with hints of coconut and toasted oak. Fresh blueberry and blackberry fruits offer generous length to the wine.

The producer of this Langhorne Creek Shiraz 2015 is one of Australia’s largest wine producers. They are rated a perfect 5 Red Stars by James Halliday in his 2017 Wine Companion and produce wines throughout Australia under many different brands. They are also producers of many of Australia’s iconic wine brands.

Comments from Our Wine Buyer: I have been looking for a good Shiraz from Langhorne Creek for a long time now and I have finally got my hands on this one. Its rich and full showing great length on the palate. Langhorne Creek is only getting better and better at producing a cracking Shiraz. I think they are now up there with Heathcote in Victoria and McLaren Vale. This Shiraz is great value at $14.00 per bottle.
